I think it is so important to support clean energy. But all my responses were actually pressured and misguided by them, and those conducts were not recorded. They even uninstalled my old air conditioner, furnace etc. They also tried to pretend they are EcoHome Inc. ,which was a legitimate and huge corporation in Canada.

We are now more productive and energy conscious. Now we plan our power consumption better than ever. Very professional and I will request him next time I call Energy Clean for service. Their consultant was very good in recommending what's good AC to put in our house, price wise and quality efficiency. The two technician who came to connect our AC were just very good too. I only needed a new air conditioner but would definitely use again for any further requirements or service.
Everything afterwards has been terrible in regards to getting customer service. I was told we would get the first month free, but when I called in I was basically told if it wasn't written down I was SOL. But I have been trying to call to get the yearly tune up and inspection I was also told was included and cannot get through to anyone or get a call back from the website link.
